Pharmacy

The Pharmacy provides comprehensive pharmaceutical services to all eligible beneficiaries. A pharmacist is available to provide medication counseling upon request.

Due to local policy, the Pharmacy cannot accept phoned-in prescriptions from your doctor's office; however, your doctor's office may fax us a prescription at 919-722-1895 (except for Scheduled II controlled drugs) and it will be processed upon your arrival.

ScriptCenter is another step on the path of innovation and provides patients with a fast, easy and convenient way to pick-up their prescription refills. Before being able to utilize ScriptCenter, patients will need to complete one key step, enrollment.

First time users will need to enroll at the machine which is located in the Bx mall. Patients need to provide the information on the Enrollment form. The process is easy, quick and one-time only. After that, patients are good to go and ready to use ScriptCenter.

TRICARE Pharmacy Program

TRICARE Formulary Search Tool

Use the TRICARE Formulary Search Tool to look-up your drug. A search can tell you:

  • Formulary status (generic drug, brand-name drug, non-formulary drug, non-covered drug)
  • Where the prescription can be filled
  • Copayments and limitations, such as prior authorization
  • Coverage review requirements and forms
  • Alternative medications, including costs

To start your search, you’ll need to put in the brand name or generic name of the drug and then select the strength prescribed, as well as your gender and age.
