Each military pharmacy’s prescription refill line may be unavailable for about two hours. If you call the prescription refill line at this time, you will hear a busy signal. Please wait and call back to complete your refill later.  
You may still use the
MHS GENESIS Patient Portal to refill your prescriptions.  
You may report issues to the DHA Global Service Center by calling 800-600-9332.

Family Advocacy

We help build healthier families and create more resilient and responsive communities. Our programs center upon prevention and outreach, treatment, victim advocacy, and research. We have a new parent support program, which is voluntary for expectant parents and families with children under the age of 3. The program includes home visitation services as needed. Family Advocacy Strength-Based Treatment (FAST) is another voluntary program for couples and families who desire to change destructive patterns of communication. Outreach services are offered through life-skills classes in parenting, relationship enhancement, emotion regulation and resiliency boosting. Treatment services are offered for individuals, couples and families who have experienced maltreatment. Victim advocacy is a program that offers victims of intimate partner violence supportive services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
