Immunizations
Immunizations provides all inoculations to active duty service members, dependents, and retirees. Flu shots are administered seasonally to all patients, with priority given to active duty service members. Allergy services, including testing and shots, are available through a referral from your primary care manager.
Influenza Vaccine
Flu vaccines are available for all beneficiaries ages 6 months and up, Monday - Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Active Duty Service Members
If you get a flu vaccine anywhere besides the Thomas Koritz Clinic, please bring a copy of the shot record to the clinic to have your record updated in our system. You'll need the following information:
- The date the vaccine was given
- The vaccine name or code
- Manufacturer
- Lot number
COVID-19 Vaccine
Pfizer vaccines (2024-2025 formula) are available for ages 5-11 and 12 and up, Monday - Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
No appointments necessary for these vaccines; just walk in during open hours.
